How it works

1. Book a free walkthrough. Tell us about your space online or by phone. Dino comes to see it — usually within a day or two — and listens to what matters to you.
2. Get a written quote and your checklist. One flat per-visit price for your office, in writing, with the cleaning checklist attached. No pressure, no obligation, and no long-term contract — our minimum charge is $200 per visit.
3. We start — often this week. Pick your schedule: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, in the evening or on the weekend. We bring everything — commercial-grade products and equipment included. (Eco-friendly products available on request for a small extra charge.)
4. Quality, checked every visit. The checklist is checked off on every clean, and the owner does quality checks himself. If we miss something, tell us: on a one-off clean, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll re-clean the missed areas free; on a recurring clean, we’ll fix it at or before your next visit.

Every visit follows your written checklist. A standard office clean covers:

Workspaces & meeting rooms

• Desks, counters, and surfaces dusted and wiped down
• High-touch points disinfected — door handles, light switches, shared equipment
• Meeting rooms reset: tables wiped, chairs straightened, glass marks removed

Reception & waiting areas

• Seating wiped and disinfected
• Counters, entry glass, and door glass cleaned
• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Washrooms

• Toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures cleaned and disinfected
• Floors mopped and sanitized
• Restocked — paper, soap, and supplies topped up

Kitchen & break room

• Counters, sinks, and appliance exteriors cleaned
• Tables and chairs wiped down
• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Floors, glass & the finishing touches

• Vacuuming, mopping, and hard-floor care throughout
• Interior glass and partitions cleaned
• Trash and recycling removed, bins relined
